Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I purchased a boat from a man that was selling two boats. what i thought was an innocent mistake turns out wasnt. he gave me a bill of sale with the information of the one i purchased but the vin of the other.i have been trying to get the title or legal bill of sale and he keeps giving me a run around. what can i do.

Hire an attorney to write a demand letter. Perhaps the seller will be facing an action for recission of the contract.
