Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have just purchased and downloaded the Promissory Note Combo Kit for the state of Florida. I intend to use these forms for the purpose of selling our motorhome to another couple, with owner financing. Which of the Florida Promissory Note forms would be the most logical to use?

The best recommendation that can be made is you need to hire an attorney to assist in the preparation of the documents. Sometimes the form packages out there don't meet the needs you may have. the Cost will be worth the investment.

Agree with the prior response - just a promissory note won't protect you. You will need more than just a promissory note and there is a procedure you will need to follow to perfect your interest as a lender in the motorhome.
