Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Purchased a home in Boynton Beach, Fl. Old owner signed sellers disclosure

not omitting their was water leaks coming in from the cracks in the foundation

and mold. He covered this problem up with inexpensive flooring and the water

leak is going under the flooring. Our inspector found these above issues.

Do we have a case that we can bring him to court with. These repairs have to be done

either way.
