Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
I just purchased a home and renovated it for rental. I own house in my own name. Then I created an LLC thinking I would put the house in the name of the LLC. But here in Florida, getting insurance is tough, and it will be very expensive to get insurance if I put the house in the name of the LLC. Will I have a terrible liability issue if I leave the house in my name? Or will I be covered with the insurance?
Thank you

If you purchase the proper insurance and operate it properly, you should be ok.
