Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
We purchased house in July 2012, FHA loan. Appraisal states not septic well issues. Appraiser stood on drain field and photographed the back of home showing septic access 4'x8', which is 23 feet from well. Survey company also mis marked septic to front of property. Who is responsible for us getting an unmarketable home?? Now we can't sell or refi or construct.
