We are purchasing a new home, the title to home we are selling is in the name of our Living Trust. Does our new home have to be in the name of the Trust

Best to discuss this with the attorney who created the trust or someone who has the trust to review. The purpose of the trust in many cases is to avoid the need for probate of an asset. Always best to review your Estate plan yet again at the time of a large purchase.
