Q- What can I do if my lender remortgages his property's, and walks away with the money. Where do I stand legally as to keep my condo from becoming collateral to the bank. Thanks in advance! JCM

Your lender? Is this a private person that you owe purchase money to? No person can mortgage property without the signature of the title holder. Are you not in title for some reason? Without more information, your question does not make any sense.
