Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My question is if I am found on a business property after hours. ( 2.am). business property has no sign located any where stating private property. just tow away sign. Can I be arested for trespassing. please advise

Can you be arrested? Yes. If the business is closed, you have no right to be there.
