Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

The question I have is, I am leasing a house that is process of being forclosed. I got a month behind on my rent and was served with eviction papers as well as the sherriff came out on a friday and told me I had untill monday to pay the rent or I will be removed on that Monday. I made the arrangments over the weekend and paid the rent. So the sherriff never came back out. I have paid the rent since then. Now it is 3 months later and my rent is 3 days late now and I am being told by the landlord that that I have to pay it now or he will call the police and reactivate the writ of possesion. Can this be done where I am constantly being threatend by having the police show up the next day and removing us. Also now that I have been here for over 6 months he is demanding I pay a security deposit even though we didn't have to pay one when we moved in, we have never had a lease it has always been a verbal agreement between him and I.The security deposit was never mentioned till now. Please Help.

1. He will have to start a new eviction.

2. He is not entitled to security since it was not in the lease.
