question
i am letting a local camp use my pool. is there a legal document that will prevent me from being liable if g-d forbid anything happens on my property

No, but you should have a hold harmless and indemnification agreement from the camp. You should also make sure you are an additional insured on their insurance policy. Retain counsel.
