Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

My question is do my roommates have a case against me? I am moving out of my current place, that i am not on the lease of, before the end of the year. they are saying i was under contract with them, which i did sign. The contract is a piece of paper I typed up. It is not notarized, and only has the signature of one person who is an accuaintance of us all. Do they have a case

if the document you signed amounts to an agreement between all of you, it does not need to be notarized or witnessed to be enforceable. Impossible to answer your question with any certainty without seeing the document. It does sound like there is an enforceable agreement.
