Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
My questions is that I need to break my florida lease to take care of my father in another town. He is unable to stay in my apartment with us, it's to small. What can I do?

Not a lot really. You can try to negotiate with your landlord to let you out of the lease early. But, the landlord is not required to do so. The landlord can hold you responsible under the lease until the end of the lease term - it is a contract. Talk to your landlord and see if you can work something out.
