Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

quick claim deed

I want to take my name off property in Florida giving my husband complete ownership. What would be the taxable result in doing so if any on my part when I am giving him the property out right? Would this be income when no monies are exchanged just taking my name off the property? I am not on the loan just on the deed.
