Quick Deed and Marriage
I bought a condo in Florida with my brother. My brother's name is on the deed and my name is on the quick deed. My brother is now getting remarried. If he dies will the condo go to his new wife? or will I own it because my name is on the quick deed?

In Florida, a properly drafted, executed, and recorded Quit Claim Deed would mean that your brother is not on title any longer. Would want to see both documents before commenting further.
