Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

quiet title

I have owned a home since 1983,and married 3 years ago.

when I applied for homestead exemption I took my wife

along so she could file the necessary forms for voting etc.

now, the property tax form shows her name as well as mine

as owners. the mortgage is still in my name, and I have

never included her as an owner.

the marriage was a mistake. must I file for quiet title

before I file for divorce?
