Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Quit claim deed and creation of life tenancy

in submitting a quit claim deed to transfer property is it legally sufficient to include a paragraph that states '' Grantor retains a life tenancy in the aforementioned property for as long as the Grantor resides on the property.'' to create a life tenancy for the grantor. If not, what would be the legally correct statement to create the life tenancy. Thank you.
