Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
If a quit claim deed in the State of Florida, wasn' t properly executed when transferred,
from a Florida Corpoation to an individual, does the previous owner still technically own the property since no money was exchanged?

It depends on what you mean by "wasn't properly executed."

Depends on the error and whether a court so decides.

If the defect is able to be corrected the deed is likely valid
