Quit Claim

the property was quit clalimed to my ex father in law back in 2003, again I did not sign this form, since then the father quti claimed to another daughter and the property was just sold in 3/2009, and my name still appeared on the recorded mortgage satisfaction. To recap, quit claim in 2003, I did not sign this form, quit calimed agian to another daughter in 2006, then just sold in 2009. Do I still have recourse as this just all recently surfaced?

Would require a lawsuit to determine rights.
