Quit claim

I am trying to quit claim property in front of my house that is county owned but not maintained by anyone for the past 22 years. Any suggestions?

You have no legal right to execute a Quit Claim Deed for this property if you do not own it. Only the owner(s) has/have the legal right to deed the property to anyone. If you were to execute a deed, the grantee may have an action against your for fraud or other grounds.
