quitclaim deed

My elderly parents and my husband and myself own home together. However their names are not on our mortgage but on the deed, which they did a quit claim deed on.

Can my home be attached to fulfill their fincancial debts?

Not unless they place the home as collateral, or have a mechanic's lien placed on it. But, if they are not on the title as you say, then they cannot legally encumber your home.
