quitclaim deed
if the person that is signing the quit claim deed is in jail how can this be done since it has to be notarize?

Many jails will have a social worker or other employee who is a notary public. You should call the facility where the person is housed and find out if they have one. If not, you will need to have a "traveling" notary public visit with the party to obtain the required signature.
