Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Quitclaim deed to Warranty deed

I recently purchased a piece of property (land) in Florida (Polk County), I wasn`t aware that it was going to be thru a quitclaim deed, therefore I had no idea how risky this whole process was going to be. I have been doing some research about quitclaim deeds, and i`m afarid that any claims or rights might just show up out of nowhere, or just the fact of knowing that I don`t even get to hold the tittle for the piece of land that I am paying for, so my question is:

Can a quitclaim deed be changed to a warranty deed? if so What are the proper steps for it?

Thank you.

Re: Quitclaim deed to Warranty deed

No, and you had better have a title search done to find out just what you bought.
