Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

quitclaim

Two people are listed as owners on the title of a house. One of them is filing a quitclaim to give up there interest to the the other. Should both be listed as ''grantors'' are just the one who is giving away there share of the interest?

Only the grantor need sign.
