Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
quorum
I live in a condo in florida, we have seven (7)directors on our board, my question is ...how many directors need to be present to make up a quorum to be a legal meeting, some are saying 50% + 1, which is 4.5, I say 4.5 means it must be five (5).
We are about to have a meeting shortly, and we do not want to make any illegal decisions because we are not sure of the law in this regard.
Our CC+R's do not address this question.
Thank you for the time

Re: quorum
If your condo is standared then you would only need 4 of the 7. The information should be in the condo documents.
