Is it possible for an offshore corporation to raffle homes online if the corporation owns the homes free and clear and the homes are located in the U.S.?

The corporation's action would violate Florida's lottery law. Could the corporation get away with it, since it's out of state? Maybe. Could the winners get the houses as a result of the illegal transctions? I really doubt it. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the State attempted to seize the houses in forfeiture and issued warrants for the corporate officers and directors.
