Raffle Real Estate Property

Can I legally raffle property as a way to sell a piece of Real Estate I own in citrus county, fl. ?

I bought the property as a investment. It is a lot with a home on it. It also has deeded rights to a waterfront piece of property.

I would like to recieve $35,000.If I sold 350 tickets @ 100.00 each the lucky holder of the selected ticket would recieve the property for $100.
