Raise
What is the law concerning raising the rent at the term of the lease? What percentage
is acceptable? When do we need to be notify? What if we reject that raise?

There is no limitation on rent increases at the end of a lease and beginning of a new term. Florida law does not have any form of rent control and the new rental rate is open to negotiation between the landlord and the tenant.
