A real estate attorney in Florida who lists his wife as trustee on the warantee deeds of his clients' properties. Is this a conflict? She is listed as a trustee on at least 4 properties in Brevard county.

Can't tell, but it sounds strange. If you feel there is a conflict, then you have the right to report it to the Florida bar.
