I have signed a contract to sell my home to an individual, and I have passed the inspection, and the appraisal was over $70,000.00 more than the contact price, but the buyer still says he wants out of the contract because he is not able to get the type of loan that he prefers. I also heard from his realtor that he is looking to purchase another home instead, we do have a contract, and it does not say anything about a specific type of financing, since we agreed on a contract should'nt the buyer be bound to fulfill it?
