dad died my only brother wants to force me to sell at a much lower price than the home is worth due to economy, i refuse to sell, i live there he is in va. can he sell his half, or force me to sell. i cant find job ,to get mortage to buy him out

If he files a lawsuit known as a "partition," the court will force you to sell.
