real estate development
i just received a large some of land in the carribean. i want to develop the land but at the same time maintain the beauty of the island without creating resorts, and other businesses that seems to be cluttering the island. what other businesses do you suggest?

Provide something that is culturally true to the island(s) but tourists will want to experience or that produces something you can sell off the island to bring money to the local economy. Keep the locals on your side, no matter what.
