Real Estate - Divorce

When my exhusband and I got divorced I signed a Quit Claim Deed and gave him the house. On the divorce papers it states that he must transfer the house out of my name when the prepayment penalty was not in force, which is this coming October. What can I do to make sure that he does this on time so that I can move on with my life?
