real estate foreclosure purchase with county violation

I purchase a bank foreclosure house in dec.2008. The house has several county violations and is on the demolition list. This was never disclosed to my by the real estate or title co. I signed several papers and have a clear title.

What are some ofmy options.

These case are very difficult to litigate after the fact, but they are not impossible. Some of your remedies may be an action against the title company, broker or seller.

It is imperative to have adequate counsel representing you when you purchase any property, espercially distressed property like foreclosures. Letting the bank's title company simply close the sale for you in not enough. They do not represent you, but the seller.

I have seen it a million times. All buyers needs their own attorney. Its just that simple.
