How do I press charges against an attorney for forging legal documents? I signed a contract for $259.9K and the attorney (the buyers cousin) changed the contract & title to $359.9K. The closing date was dated for 12/29/06 and we have yet to close. Also, the contract shows $2K in escrow but the lender shows zero in escrow. I have been out of my home since mid Dec. (as directed by the attorney) and now I am stuck with a mortgage & rent; totalling $4500 monthly. What are my legal rights? Please help me! I have exhausted all of my funds and energy.
