We own a house in Florida.If we sell
as''Rent to Own''what are our legal rights as with Taxes and Insurance.
Do we still pay for them or do the buyers.And where could we find a contract for this purpose?The family renting the house now wants to buy but can not get financing.We are not sure how to go about ''Rent to Own''

You would be well advised to contact a real estate attorney. What you are talking about is a lease with option to buy, and the devil is in the details.
