Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Real Estate

I own my house with my husband, and father. (All of us are on the deed) My father put the 50,000.00 down and myself and my husband hold the mtg. Can my father force us to sell the house to give him his 50,000.00? Myself and my husband put 0 money down, all the down came from my father. This house was purchased 8 months ago.
