Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I invested 50,000 in a real estate project in Jax. Beach FL. The company was supposed to get financing to build condos at the beach and I have a contract stating I would be the first to be paid out, and with a 25,000 dollar profit. This was drawn on 9/9/05. To date the company has not paid me out, and keeps telling me soon, next week etc. I even asked for just a partial payout and was told probably yes, and nothing! This put me in a terrible financial bind. Have a copy of the contract and the plans for the property. Help??!!
