I live in Miami florida. the homeowners assoc has placed a lien on my house for assessments that are unpaid. Now they have a foreclosure pending. The sale date is set for Feb 21st. If I pay the amount due in full do they have stop the precedings

If the Association will not do it voluntarily, an order from the court will force them to. If you have not resolved this problem as of today, I strongly urge you to contact a qualified local attorney to represent you and get this straightened out immediately before you lose your residence.
