Real estate lot purchase
We purchased and clsoed a custom lot in May 2005 to build a home. We found out there is a fire station a lot of two down when fire department may purchase our lot in Feb 2006. We failed to sell the lot to fire department. We stopped the construction. We felt our agent (buyer agent), the listing agent, and the seller have hidden material facts about the property during the transaction. We want to know the recourse that we can do to them for our lose. We are out of the state where the property is located.

The facts stated are somewhat unintelligible. Please reword more clearly. It is hard to follow what you are talking about.
