If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.

Not much. The only reason why you were placed on the mortgage is so that the lender can foreclose and obtain title to the property in the event of a default. Signing the mortgage does not convey any ownership interest to you.

Separately, you may have an interest by virute of your marriage. You should consult a local attorney to discuss your legal rights.
