i currently own a home with two siblings we inherited it over 20 years ago .two of us now wish to sell, can we file for partition and have a public auction to sell the property or have real estate agent sell it.i was the executor of the estate is there any way i can sell the property .

Yes. A Complaint for Partition can be filed in the Circuit Court in the county in which the property is located. You will have to allege exactly what has transpired and also explain why it is in the best interests of all parties for the property to be sold and the proceeds divided.
