You may wish to consider personal bankruptcy if the situation warrants it. Alternatively, you can consult several more attorneys and you should be able to find one who can work with you to try and resolve your situation either by negotiating deeds in lieu of foreclosure, extensions of time to pay the loan, refinancing the debt, or simply allowing the property to be foreclosed upon.
