WE Signed A Purchase and sales agreement and the date was JAN31 We were asked VERBALYY for a 10 day extension which we granted and we were told we would close on or before the 10 days were up Well that is today WE STILL DO NOT HAVE A CLOSING DATE , WHAT DO I DO NOW ? do i tell them to forget it and do i get there deposit?

please answer back as as possible i am beside myself iam stressed to the max we have now lost the property we were going to buy and our deposit

You must look at your contract to see how it reads i.e. "on or about" or "on or before".
