Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I signed a 1 year lease in july 2007. I signed with 2 other people. In August 2007, 1 of the roomates left, then in September 2007, the other roomate packed up and left. I have stayed and been paying rent ever since on my own. Are they legally responsible for their portion throughout the whole lease? And what are my options to go about this matter?
