Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

Real Estate Title

Parent owned home with mortgage in Brevard County, FL. Sold to uncle with promise that they could live in home until they die. Uncle paid an attorney. Paid off mortgage and transferred title from my parents to my unlce. No mention in paperwork of parents staying in house until they die. Taxes have tripled (which according to documents my uncle to pay). Parents in process of filing bankruptcy. How do we a: make sure parents can stay in house until they die and b: title the property?

Re: Real Estate Title

Your parents should be given a "Life Estate" in the property and the property should remain titled in your uncle's name. An attorney can draw up the paper work pretty easily.
