Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Real Estate/Real Property
I own 39% of a home. I want to sell my interest and am unsure of how to proceed. My business partner is not interested in buying me out. The value is approximately $50,000.

Interesting %. You may sell your interest to anyone who is willing to buy it. However, very few are likely to be interested in buying a minority (or even a majority) interest in a piece of real property.
Either co-owner of real property may normally file a partition action with the circuit court asking that the property be sold and the proceeds distributed to the owners. You definitely would need the assistance of an attorney to that.
