Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida

I have been caregiver to my 76 year old Mother now for 8 years. She bought a Mobile home and put her name and my name on the title as owners. Does this mean that I will solely own the Mobile home when she passes on or can my brother fight me for it. He already owns a home and I live on Dissability.
