Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
need realestate advise.
We made an offer on a home inf florida which the seller agreed too. We made a deposit on a home in florida. We signed a disclosure and was approved by the bank. The check was cashed. The seller received another offer at the last minute and decided not to move forward with us. WE are checking if there are legal issues that may position this issue in our favor.

NOTE: This communication is not intended as and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Rather, it is intended solely as a general discussion of legal principles. You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. By reading the "Response" to your question or comment, you agree that the opinion expressed is not intended to, nor does it, create any attorney-client relationship, nor does it constitute legal advice to any person reviewing such information, nor will it be considered an attorney-client privileged communication. If you do not agree, then stop right here, and do not read any further.
If the Seller accepted your offer in writing it becomes a contract and is fully enforceable in a court of law. If the Seller breaches the contract you should retain an attorney to review the matter and advise you of your legal rights and remedies including a suit for specific performance or for damages.
