Real-estate in a divorce
I own home with a ex- husband and I am still paying my part. He is not able to get a loan for the home alone . I don't want to ruin my credit. What i want to know is what I can do to get off the morg. and move on with my live. Second, he is saying I can't go in the house the house. What are my rights???

You have the same rights to the house that he does. He cannot bar you from the house. Unless he can refinance the house, there is no way that the lender will release your name from the obligation to repay the loan (take your name off the mortgage). If you and he cannot reach an amicable resolution, then you will need to either agree to sell the house or file a suit for partition.
