Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Florida
Realtor drew up "as is" contracts that said "fixtures & appliances included", yet they were not present in homes & some flooring missing even though developer stated it was all complete. Homes were in lis pends. Is the broker who hire the realtor responsible for non disclosure? Is the banker who knew homes were unfinished under an obligation to disclose this imformation?

If you already closed on the transaction without addressing these issues, you may have a difficult case against the seller since the conract merged with the deed. You should bring all relevant paperwork to an attorney in your area familiar with civil litigation and real estate matters to determine whether you have any recourse.
Best of luck
